Domestic delivery policy
Most orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, but allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. Orders will not be processed on weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries are made by courier usually within 48 hours of drop off and we will let you know if there are any delays expected. All of our packaging is recycled/re-purposed, please pass it on.
International shipping
Our products are mostly heavy and bulky and therefore costly to ship. We’d expect most orders to be cost prohibitive but get in touch for bulk orders.
Returns
Aloelle’s products are hand-blended in small batches and therefore vary from time to time. If you are new to Aloelle, we advise that you request a sample as we cannot offer refunds.
If any breakages occur during transit, get in touch within 7 days along with a picture of how it arrived and we’ll get another on it’s way to you.
